Anastasia is a Division 1 Figure Skater at the University of California-Maple Hills, a school known for its Olympic athletes. I am always a sucker for a male POV written by a woman. Readers meet our main characters, Anastasia Allen and Nathan Hawkins, which we get both POVs in the book.
The characters are loveable and relatable, the setting of it being at college brought me some nostalgia for my own college days, and overall it gave me a happy, bubbly feeling inside that always will have me giggling and gushing. It is light and fun, while also touching on important subjects like mental health and eating disorders.
